History

1998

3D-ICT actually is a continuation of the former Orqua. David van Waesberghe has founded Orqua in 1998. In no time this company, with focus on the posting of IT profiles, grew to a success story. When Orqua was sold to a Dutch holding in 2006, the company employed 350 people.

3D-ICT was founded in 2008. 3D-ICT aimed to continue the Orqua ICT consultancy model, where the best ICT consultants work freelance or permanent, to complete assignments for our clients.

It is important to note that 3D-ICT always offers the best rates because we work with a minimal overhead and we are financially sound. Of course we did not lose sight of quality fulfilling, a central part in our service. By other words: the best consultants at the best rates.

2010

In 2010 David van Waesberghe took a majority in 3D-ICT. Our services were expanded with managed services of workstations and helpdesk. 3D-ICT applies a unique business model where our various clients always get a customized solution.

Thanks to these two divisions, 3D-ICT can double its turnover annually. Not choosing for 3D-ICT is choosing for an expensive and less qualitative solution. We simply are the best in what we do. The number of satisfied clients that continues to increase, confirms this.

3D-ICT employs new staff and consultants continuously. An essential quality of these candidates is a thorough motivation to excel. They need to have a passion for ICT and follow all evolutions closely. They need to stand out in their profession, just as we do in our services towards our clients.

2012

It is clear 3D-ICT wants to become number 1 in Belgium. Because of the enormous expansion during the last few years, 3D-ICT has moved to brand new offices on the trendy “South” in Antwerp. These offices are custom designed and accommodate our departments recruitment, sales and engineering. We also plan to start our own “3D Academy” where our employees are permanently trained.
