Our client is looking for an ICT Business Analyst to support the various process analyses and to prepare end-to-end process documentation. In the context of various project planned for 2020 and S4/HANA migration.

A business/process analyst who has experience in the utility sector and who will be able to organize and coordinate workshops and project meetings.


  • As-is and to-be definition
  • Business requirements analysis
  • Gather progress information and define KPIs for reporting
  • Modelling of business process with BPMN
  • Gap analysis
  • KPI determination
  • Identification of process impacts on IT systems, applications, data and interfaces

Experience and expertise

  • 5 years proven experience as business/process analyst
  • Thorough understanding of business/process analysis techniques and methods
  • Good communication skills
  • Experience with supply chain processes
  • Knowledge of SAP standard processes or SAP S/4 HANA is an asset

Communication skills

  • Excellent skills to interview business stakeholder: listening actively to their needs, asking the right questions and interpreting their answers correctly
  • Ability to work and communicate in a team (e.g.: collaborate with other team members)
  • Ability to communicate with the different stakeholders on the different levels (board, project lead, A.O., business users)
  • Assertive and diplomatic

  • Pragmatic
  • Improvement minded: propose improvements
  • Master either Dutch or French, combined with a good understanding of the other language. Fluent in English
  • Mobility between different locations (Brussels HQ, Anderlecht, business offices)
