You will be a key member of the QAT (Quality Assurance Team). You will be one of the key players in the evolution towards delivering a better quality of IT-solutions to business.

- You will be able to use your testing skills in a totally other way then you are used to:improve quality rather than performing tests yourself.
- You come into contact with lots of people from other teams
- Work/Life balance: working at home 3 days a week (full time base)
- You are working in an international team (developers are in India)
Functie
Your task isnot:
- Perform manual testing
- Coordinate the testing done by the testers
Your key tasks are:
Find and work out initiatives to improve the quality delivered by IT.
Improve the testing done by other testers.
You can do this by:
- Giving support in the set up of test scenario’s for the functional testing
- Setting up matrix to map (un)necessary tests (regression, monkey tests, allrequirements covered,content, …)
- Assisting in the evaluation process of which are the bests manual tests to beautomated
- Making a functional analysis on how these manual tests can be automated
- Making automated reports on test results / test coverage / test quality
- How to measure quality ? Set up matrix that measures quality and indicateshow good the deliveries by IT are.
- Analyzing and installing new procedures related to testing
