You can demonstrate based on proven experience that you can turn concepts into concrete solutions: conceptual thinking, product and solution thinking, design cooperation models, work out target operations model.

As Business Analyst Solutions Management you will apply your UX expertise and service design skills to work together with the internal customer to create mockups (screen design, …), have discussions with your user base and the stakeholders.


You work as well in co-create with the internal customer being a diverse user base.

You can discuss, present and validate your proposals and work with senior management. This implies you have a proven experience in working with senior management.

In order to make this solution and change land in the organization, you have strong coaching and communication skills, a good planning and a solid change approach.


This assignment takes place in a context where we are already running Agile and SAFe for a few years now, so a deep understanding of these concepts is key. From IT you bridge the gap to business. Our challenge is to make our processes more Cobit compliant and in line with our SAFe way of working. In the meantime, the processes have to be rolled out and ownership of the processes has to be put in the right parts of the organization. It is not the purpose to only focus on the documentation, but also change the way of working of the organization, if needed.

This is a subset of activities done by our team, that focusses on the Solutions and Workflow management processes of our company. We are also owner of several key processes in this area such as: Project management, Program management, Change management, Organizational Change management, Requirement management, Knowledge Management. Additionally, we support the tools for these processes such as JIRA, Kendis, Qlik Sense Solutions are built together with our stakeholders.

The location of the position is Leuven.


Needed Qualifications

Analytical mind and abstract thinking, you are process minded

• Being able to deal with change and be flexible
• Customer oriented (flexible thinking with the customer, the customer is central)
• Communicative and socially proficient, able to transfer your ideas to others in a clear and structured way
• You have coaching skills to convince people and have a listening ear for their needs • You can translate the required change in a concrete plan and execute this so that it lands in the organization.
• You function well in a complex environment, which requires a lot of coordination with various parties involved.
• Team player
• Good knowledge of English. Dutch is not a blocking requirement though a strong plus.
