Goal of the assignment is to provide general support for the team on a variety of topics. The assignment consist of core business analyst work, meaning the following:
• Investigate and analyze
• Align with business
• Draft changes
• Follow up technical assessment
• Present changes in Change Advisory Board
• Follow up on development and testing

Roles and responsibilities Core topics (would be focused on but not limited to):

• Change management:
Evaluating the business need and documenting the requirements in changes, working with the technical team to assess the requirement, providing test scripts etc.

• Release management:
Following up on the monthly releases, hosting calls to facilitate communication with the testers and technical teams.

• Performance:
Create changes based on the feedback from the technical team on how to tackle performance issues. Analyze how the issue can be tackled from different technical perspectives (e.g. database, code, job scheduling,…) , investigate where the biggest impact is and how we can make the improvements measurable and sustainable. Help build a performance roadmap and clear plan of action on how to tackle performance issues including both quick win opportunities as a long term approach with a focus on making the improvements measurable.

• Problems:
Review problems created by the technical team and review possible solutions with business. Focus on problems based on assigned priority related to business and technical impact and urgency.

• Support analysis:
Analyse the need for support to identify areas where the application, communication or support collaboration needs to be improved to reduce the number of tickets.
