We are looking for 2 Solution Designers for working in the context of
1) document & transaction signing & client/customer authentication.
For all the electronic channels (net/web banking, mobile, ATM, Branch, …), the Channel Contract Management system makes among others the management of the contracts, the access management and the management of the “sign on security”. More concretely, the main function of this system is to control each action of a client and to authorize the execution of this action. The Access Check is called an average of 40 million times a day this system is certainly a central super-critical system that must be available 24/24 and be very efficient.

2) Customer Communication domain
What communication is sent to which clients via which channels, alerting to clients, make communication visible in the clients archive, campaign, bank mail, notification, sms management,….
Different applications on different platforms are concerned: mainframe with all messaging applications (GEMX,GEXE,…) and open system with document management applications (Scriptura, Sonora, Doc Router, ….) (Windows and Linux)
There is a multitude of innovative projects for the Bank, and therefore there is almost always a (significant) impact on the both domains

Get to know by the existing systems and applications;
Participate in user meetings to detail their needs;
Examine the needs of the users and analyze the functional specifications;
Elaborate a functional/technical architecture respecting the scope
Defend the solution to the architect board / committee
Elaborate functional- and technical analysis respecting the scope
Work in AGILE mode, slice the solution into features and users stories
Ensure delivery of the deliverables described in our in-house methodology.
Estimate the solution
Follow up of test plan in order to guarantee quality of the project
Swiftly bring solutions to detected problems
Support the users when required
Work in close collaboration with Business and the other IT teams
Ensure general repetition and going live of the project (potentially during weekend)
Ensure maintenance and sharing knowledge with other colleagues
Take care on the respect of the budget, calendar, scope and the quality
Manage big project with cross domains impacts (involving more than 1000 man-days)
Provide leadership, facilitate meetings with the project team, steering group, department managers and third parties. You will chair steering committee meetings. You will plan and lead the necessary transversal adjustments.
Using that project plan, carry out the project within budget, marking the various milestones along the way. In doing so, you will ensure that the tasks are implemented in a proper manner.

Knowledge of different domains is an added value : Communication channels, documents and transactions signing & client authentication, communication to client – all in banking context
A cross domain experience will be appreciated
Knowledge (“analyst level”) of mainframe and open systems (java / windows / linux)
Some knowledge / experience / infrastructure skills (networking, middleware, containers, monitoring, cloud Azure environment and service) , will be appreciated
